Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Instructional Excellence

  • Assist in setting up classroom as a conducive learning environment
  • Support educators with planning & designing classroom activities & resources
  • Assist in preparing and producing learning materials
  • Assist & guide students in carrying out instructions & activities during lessons
  • Support educators in teaching specific skills / learning domains

   

  Holistic Student Development

  • Support educators in determining individualised goals for each student
  • Support educators to achieve & monitor students’ individualized goals
  • Work with educators to implement behaviour plans
  • Support in managing student behaviours under teacher supervision
  • Implement positive and robust classroom routines
  • Build a strong relationship with students by exhibiting care, concern & encouragement
  • Assist educators with data collection for student profiles & progress updating

   

  Professional Development

  • Proactively engage in professional development activities

   

  Other Areas

  • Participate in various school initiatives & events
  • Conduct CCA-related duties under an educator’s supervision

   

Requirements:

• O Levels/Relevant Certificates in Education are welcome
• Candidates who possessed a Local Diploma / IB /  A Levels / Local Degree may be considered for the position of Educator
• Relevant experience in teaching special needs students will be an advantage
• Working location: Eden School, 101 Bukit Batok West Ave 3 S(659168) and/or
  Eden School (Campus 2), 1 Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 S(659203)
