Responsibilities:

Oversee Cafe (Professor Brawn Express) Operation and Management
- Ensure overall safety and hygiene of Café work areas
- Ensure staff adhere to NEA standards and guidelines on food hygiene (handling & storage)
- Oversee staff deployment & development, which includes and not limited to: scheduling of staff, communication and assignment of roles and responsibilities, performance & coaching, training and upskilling
- Oversee inventory and management of food materials & waste, which includes and not limited to: ordering of food / materials, usage to ensure minimal wastage, proper disposal of food waste etc.
- Oversee equipment inventory and its proper maintenance and working condition.
- Perform annual budget & forecast for café operations
- Manage internal orders for school events

Cafe (Professor Brawn Express) Asset Management
- Manage records of fixed assets in café (include IT equipment) in accordance with Finance guidelines
- Perform yearly inventory exercise & reconcile with Finance’s records for audit purposes
- Review, manage & replace existing assets/fixtures; to facilitate safe and efficient use
- Maintain proper records of loan and return of school equipment
- Event Management
- Provide logistics support for all internal school events & training
- Prepare event / training facility as per instructions
- Support other Ops staff in all internal school events & training
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in F&B setting preferred
- Good Team player and able to handle people of all levels
- Independent, meticulous, and able to uphold high level of integrity
- Proficient in MS office
- Cafe Operating Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 4pm
