Reporting to the Group HR Director, your role is both strategic and hands-on, providing the full cycle HR support to the various Centres, Association and School. This role will work with leaders, Line Managers and Group HR Specialists to implement HR strategies, execute all HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence. You will be expected to:

  • Play a critical role in organisation design, headcount planning, staff performance management, development and succession planning - collaborate with senior leaders to identify long-term talent and capabilities needed to deliver the organisational goals.
  • Understand local leadership needs and collaborate with Group level specialist to align Staff policies, processes and provide feedback where differentiated practices are needed.
  • Partner with local leadership to develop, implement and facilitate Staff engagement and communication strategies and activities.
  • Build effective relationships with all levels, parts of the organisation, providing guidance to Line Managers on staff relations, performance and development issues/goals.
  • Drive & facilitate annual review of staff performance, as well as the annual salary & performance bonus cycle.
  • Manage and develop the internal HR capabilities in HR Operations including Recruitment, L&D, Payroll, compensation & benefits to ensure excellence in HR practices;

Education, Skills and Experience

  • University degree or equivalent in HR discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in the field of HR including Recruitment, Talent/Performance Management, and HR operations & systems.
  • Attention to accuracy of detailed information
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with a multifaceted workforce and manage direct reports.
  • Self-directed with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong Team player and Stakeholder Management with the proven ability to prioritize multiple activities, task and projects.
  • Sound professional judgement in handling confidential matters.
  • Competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
