Responsibilities:

  • To lead in developing, reviewing, implementing, managing and ensuring adherence to Human Resource Policies and Annual Workplan
  • Review and simulate of optimized Staffing Model within funding and projects for future growth and oversee Recruitment Strategy
  • Grievances and Staff Disciplinary Management as necessary
  • Oversee and review on implementation of Performance Management system
  • Formulate and implement Learning and Development plan and Leadership Framework for all units
  • Review of Salary Scales and oversee accuracy of payroll
  • Oversee executing and implementing goals and objectives for the Volunteer Programmes which reflect the vision and mission of the Association
  • Perform any other relevant duties as requested by the Management Board and/or Deputy Executive Director

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with exposure to a HR generalist or management work
  • Ability to adapt and learn about processes and policies quickly in order to provide the appropriate advice to management 
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, and ability to work with multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect well with various levels of employees, including handling difficult conversations
  • Passion to serve in an organization that makes a difference in the lives of individuals with special learning needs
