  • Assessment
    • Conduct Intake Assessment for Students applying to Eden School
    • Conduct Vocational Assessment
    • Conduct Mental Capacity Act Assessment
    • Conduct Communication Screening
    • High Needs Grant Assessment
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
    • Conduct Behavioural Assessment (FBA,BIP)
    • Crafts Individual Behavior Plans for students
    • Implement & Coach behaviour plans & strategies with teachers to teach replacement skills
    • Coordinates student's behavior management cases and follow up on behavior plans
    • Attends to crisis hotline, manage the CPI teams for behavior issues
  • Develop Social skills module with team on perspective taking and empathy
  • Training
    • Conduct New Teacher Induction
    • Participate in PCN sharing
  • Project Development
    • Responsible in development of ASD supports
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal



  • Degree holder in Psychology, preferably 2nd upper honours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Strong organizational skills, keen to details and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Team player, flexible and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Has the desire to learn about autism, possesses the patience to teach students with special needs
  • Has the passion to help and assist students with special needs in maximizing their talents and potentials
