Autism Association (Singapore) or AA(S), is a Social Service Agency dedicated to supporting and serving individuals with autism to maximise their potential, helping them lead meaningful and quality lives in society.

Working as a team from different professional background, we work interdependently to provide the best evidence-informed practices that we know so that quality education can be provided through an autism focused curriculum, competent staff, and strong family collaboration

Your Impact and Contribution

You will be responsible to lead the AA(S) Head office support and oversee the AA(S) Centres in the following areas:

Head Office Support

  • To lead and supervise AA(S) Head Office Staff and ensure their work scope and deliverables are achieved
  • To develop, implement, manage and ensure adherence to AA(S)’s policies, procedures processes, guidelines of administration, operation, human resource, finance, fundraising, social work, information technology, volunteer, event and activities, public relations etc

Board Secretariat Support

  • To support the Board in secretariat services and provide regular and timely updates on AA(S)’s developments and plans
  • To ensure timely and effective Board meetings and compliance with authorities’ requirements
  • To keep abreast of and advise AA(S) Board and staff on existing and upcoming Government funding policies and guidelines for relevant participation

Oversees Eden Centre for Adults, Eden Children’s Centre and Eden Activity Club

  • Oversees AA(S) Programme Costing
  • Oversee AA(S) Programmes Service Agreements
  • Oversees all Purchase Requisition and Learning Requisition for Eden Centre for Adults, Eden Children’s Centre and Eden Activity Club
  • Oversee CST (Community Silver Trust) Grant Application and utilization
  • Oversee EPES submission (Eg. Organisation achievements like output, outcomes and client milestone indicators) to NCSS

Oversees Corporate Functions of AA(S) – Corporate Services, Human Resources, Finance, Family & Life Services, ICT & Edutech



  • You should possess a tertiary qualification with at least 8 years’ relevant work experience in general or HR management and have a strong command of written and spoken English, as well as strong interpersonal skills, a deep passion to serve and to make a difference in the lives of clients on the autism spectrum.
