On 6 January 2017, the Annual Accountability Address (AAA) 2016 of the Autism Association (Singapore) (AA(S)) was held at Eden School’s multi-purpose hall in the evening.
It was an in-house event with multi-prong objectives: to highlight the achievements, progresses, challenges as well as foci of the association.
The welcome address by Mr Ho Swee Huat, AA(S)’s Chairman marked the start of the event and followed by the updates and reports of the programmes and services by the respective heads.
The topic of Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) were shared by the guest speaker, Ms Jacelyn Lim, Deputy Executive Director of the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore), highlighting the success stories of Eden School graduates who continue their learning journey with E2C.
Ms Denise Phua, AA(S)’s Board Member and Eden School’s Supervisor ended the event by delivering the “School Of The Future” to all staff.
