Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Key contact person for public general enquiries about Eden School 
    • Coordinate and conduct Open House and ad-hoc visits
    • Conduct Autism Awareness briefing to volunteers, integration partners, service providers, etc
  • Partner Management
    • Cultivate, track and maintain relationships with key partners - Funding Agencies, Donors, Buddy Schools, Corporate Partners, Government Agencies
  • Parent Liaison
    • Key personnel in liaising with Eden parents in all matters related o parent queries, complaints, feedback and financial arrears
    • Drive parent committees for special events and oversee parent support group
  • Student Matters 
    • Managing New/Current Student Matter and incidents
  • Financial Assistance Schemes & Case Management
    • Managing the school's subsidy scheme, including subsidy policy management, database.
    • Managing other financial assistance schemes that the school offers
    • Refer students to sources of financial assistance in the community
  • Student Graduates
    • Liaise with external agencies & parents on transition & referral process
    • Track and submit statistics on student graduating figures
    • Assist with the graduation ceremony
  • Volunteer Management
    • Manages all Public and Parent Volunteers Request and Programmes
    • Manages all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programmes and School;s Community Involvement Programmes (CIP)
  • Front Desk Management 
    • Oversees and co-ordinate reception functions
    • Develop protocols and guides for managing public and parent enquiries
  • School Programme Liaison
    • Key personnel in liaising with service providers and outsourced vendors who provide services to the school's programmes, eg. Art, gym, CCA etc
    • Co-ordinate school wide CCA curriculum and administrative processes
  • Grants Management 
    • Work closely with the Finance Manager on the management and reporting of the following grants provided to the School
  • Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)
    • Drive implementation of system and processes in accordance to Ministry of Education's QAF
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferable in Business Administration or any related courses
  • Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience in Supervisory and/or Managerial role
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Strong organizational skills, keen to details and can work with minimum supervision
  • Team player, flexible and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience working in Social Service Sector is an advantage
